How much does Subbly cost?

Every plan includes your agent, the full platform, 24/7 support, Launch Club and free migration, with transaction fees of 1% + 12¢ on Stripe (from 0.25% on Subbly X).
How does the free trial work?
Start with no card and build free for 3 days. To keep building, add a card and pay $1 a week for 4 weeks; without one, your trial ends after the free days. Your trial comes with credits and Max's team, automation and inventory limits, and when it ends it moves to Subbly at $69 a month automatically. Live payments switch on when your trial ends; to start taking payments sooner, end your trial early and get $100 in credits for it.
Are there any other costs?
There are no setup fees and no plugins or apps to pay for: subscriptions, bundles, checkout, churn tools and automations are part of the platform. You pay your plan, transaction fees, your payment provider's own processing fees, and any extra credits you choose to top up. VAT may apply in the UK and EU.
What are the transaction fees?
On Subbly and Max, 1% + 12¢ per transaction on Stripe, or 1.25% on other gateways such as PayPal. Sales from refer-a-friend referrals carry a 1% referral fee. Subbly X fees start at 0.25% and are set by your volume. These are separate from your payment provider's own processing fees.
What are credits, and what does the agent cost to use?
Credits are your agent's budget. Small edits cost $0.10 to $1, a section $1 to $5, a page $10 to $50 depending on how complex it is, and the first version of a whole store $100 to $250. Your first build is covered by the free credits you get as you set up.
How many free credits do I get?
Hundreds of dollars' worth as you set up your store, enough to get the first version built. Your trial comes with credits, and more land instantly for each setup step, for verifying your phone, for adding a card in your first 2 hours ($30) and for ending your trial early ($100). You can earn up to $100 more for sharing your story and up to $1,000 for each post about what Subbly built for you, and agencies get from $200 a month per client through the Agency Program.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your store keeps running as normal. Your agent waits until your monthly credits renew, or you can top up any time from your account. Monthly credits last a month and don't roll over.
Which plan should I choose?
Both self-serve plans include the full platform. Choose Subbly if you're building and launching your store. Choose Max if you change your store every week or work with a team: for about twice the price you get 15x the agent usage, included on every model, plus Max Intelligence, Fast mode (your agent works about 2x faster) and 5 team members. Choose Subbly X if you'd like our team to do the work with you.

Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. There's no long-term commitment: plans are month to month unless you choose annual, and you can cancel your trial any time from your account. Move between Subbly and Max whenever you like. After your trial, a monthly plan runs for at least the month you've paid for and an annual plan for the year, and your customers and data stay yours if you leave.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pay annually and get 3 months free: Subbly is $621 a year and Max $1,341. Your credits still renew every month. Annual plans start once your trial ends: switch from your account's plans page. A switch back to monthly takes effect when your year is up.
I'm on another platform. Can you move my store?
Yes, and it's free. Our team moves your products, customers and subscribers. Cards stored in Stripe or PayPal carry over with nothing to re-enter; otherwise Subscription Switch emails each subscriber a one-step link to add their card again.
