Adopting a subscription-first approach after several years as a business selling one-time products, Lola Pops’ first steps into the subscription world took place on Wix, their model run using Wix Subscriptions.
However, it wasn’t long before the problems started to add up — at the time, Wix didn’t offer an effective way to chase failed payments, nor did it make it easy to manage their unique model, which combined monthly billing with quarterly shipping.
After spending some time comparing their options, Debbie took a leap of faith after seeing Subbly’s once-in-a-lifetime offer for new migrations, and the rest was history.
The key for Debbie was Subbly’s ability to work alongside with her existing setup, helping her manage subscriptions effectively using its suite of powerful features while her one-time product sales remained on Wix.
